The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), through the European Union Observatory for Nanomaterials (EUON), has initiated a critical study, led by Innovamol. This research focuses on nanomaterial-based and nano-enabled plant protection, biocidal, and fertilising products. The approach is a systematic literature and documentary review, targeting nanoforms of substances and their delivery systems in various agricultural products. Moreover, the study extends to gather insights from key stakeholders across the EU and beyond, employing questionnaires and interviews to collect valuable information directly from the field.
Innovamol is at the forefront of this study, currently engaged in gathering data through a specially designed questionnaire. This survey is brief, requiring less than 5 minutes to complete, yet its significance is immense. We wish to reach out to a wide range of professionals, including researchers, farmers, chemical manufacturers, and regulatory consultants, to share their insights on nanostructured agro-chemicals.
